They messed up my  order when I rang to get it sorted the reply was "we're busy I'm not promising anything" what pathetic customer service on a mediocre meal

I Ordered £30+ of food. We ordered chips and cheese sauce 2 cans of apple tango plus various other menu items. 
They brought 2 cans of Fanta- not sure how that's a replacement? And they brought chips no cheese sauce- but I'd paid for it on the receipt. I called and the lady on the phone told me to keep the chips so they could see I hadn't eaten them. 25 mins later I called back to see when the arrival of my replacement would be and she told me they didn't have time. They refused to bring any more as "they don't have time" and they wouldn't refund me. So I've paid £7 for nothing... not good enough.
