Hands down the best Chinese food I have ever had. Ordered from here for over 5 years now. The owners are lovely people.
Shocked is an understatement just ordered and the soup is like glue and crab sticks just thrown in!!!the lemon chicken has been cooked to death with about 20 lemons just not edible at all. So rang the shop and she was so rude.....told me it's my taste buds as she all ways cooks this way and to deal with and put phone down DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE RUBISH FOOD AND EVEN RUDER STAFF
If I could give less that 1* I would. Food arrived late. It was cold. The food was very tasteless and bland. The Curry was very watery in the bottom as though it was microwaved and the chicken was very fatty. We ordered from here a couple of times over the past couple of years and enjoyed the food but this time it was the worst Chinese we have ever had and won’t be ordering again. It ended up In the bin because it was making us gip. Sandwiches it is tonight.
If I could give less than 1 then I would. Was initially told food would be 35 minutes. 1 hour later received a call to say the food would be at least another hour. No apology - didn’t care at all. Cancelled it and it was then too late for me to get something elsewhere. Disgusting service
First time I’ve used this take away and definitely will be my last. Food took ages to come and when it did was all cold. Schezwan chicken was like something I’ve never seen before was just gloup with chunks of chicken and chillies which is all you could taste. Duck was very sparse for £12 and fatty. Complete waste of money
Fantastic food but they only deliver when they feel like it apparently. Shame. Why offer delivery if you don't want to deliver?
The screen shot below shows what followed our message after our order was 30 mins late. Before the restaurant ended the chat, we received a phone call from the manager stating that if we were “a good customer” we would appreciate that Saturdays is their busiest night. I advised her that we weren’t complaining about the delay just making a general enquiry. The conversation then got on to the prawn crackers. The manager advised the one bag we’d received was the one we paid for as it was a “big bag” and that the free prawn crackers they give out is only a small one so she couldn’t understand the fuss. After I complained about the reply received on the message service the manager hung up! Very professional.
I have only given this 1 star as it wouldn't let me do it otherwise. Ridiculous time to wait 2hrs then when I contacted the restaurant the woman I spoke to was aggressive and rude!! She even put the phone down not once but twice. My children were starving and they cancelled the order because I dared to question the waiting time. I would never recommend this takeaway. Absolutely shocking customer service!!
The food looked and tasted horrendous. Service was shocking and to top it off after I called and complained, asked for a refund, I had a phone call from one of the staff members hystercially screaming instead of listening to my constructive criticism. She then told me never to phone and order again. Absolutely ridiculous!!! Ps. Doesn't even deserve this one star!
Very unprofessional lady with a disgusting attitude. I ordered and she said 1 hour after an 1:15 minute I rang back and she was screaming untop of her voice and said I have to wait or f...k off.so disgusting. The lady should be sacked or close the business. No customer interest at heart.i wish I could give 0 star.
