Just collected the last of our things from Make Space Clapton, after nearly a year using their storage lockers. Their service from the day we set up our account until the day we finished was so helpful. A really secure storage facility too. Definitely recommend

Top quality service. Highly recommend. I turned up without a quote or appointment and in a rush to find some storage space at short notice. Mobeen went above and beyond the call of duty to sort me out - great service, much appreciated.
I used this storage place for almost one year so I could move in with a friend until I got my own place. They had the best rates in the area by far. Communication with staff was straightforward and prompt. They recommended a reliable guy with a van to hire for delivery. Not 5 stars because on the day I came to drop off my belongings, the first and second unit they tried to offer me was not the size I was paying for. One had a structural beam inside and the second was even worse - the roof filled half of it. Appreciate not all clients need the whole space, but you could see as I was pulling this trolley with a lot of stuff in it that I needed the whole 25 sqft. Bit more awareness and consideration on the day would have helped. Otherwise, would use again.
Had a really good experience with these guys; they were always helpful & on hand to help and were flexible when I had a bad experience with van drivers a separative service and had to change my move out date. Really friendly & great customer service. Would highly recommend.

I utilised this storage facility for 3 months to the end of 2023. Not sure how long it has been open for but it still looks and feels very new. It is much better quality than two well know companies I have used. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I would definitely go back again if I need storage in the future and it’s nice to support a small independents business that is good quality and reasonably priced.
Amazing customer service, friendly, and nothing was too much trouble for the guys working here. They made a somewhat stressful move much easier. Would recommend 100%! Thank you so much for all your help with our storage needs over the past 6 months.
We visited this business to quote and check prices for the different storage rooms but they are not that accessible. Of course, if you have an emergency and can pay a little more than two thousand pounds a year for a moderately large storage room, you could take it. The attention from the gentleman at the counter was very good, he was always kind, polite and helpful to us by giving us all the information and showing us the different storage rooms.
