Great wine shop for all connoisseurs. Huge variety of white, red and sparkling wines from around the world. If you like to consume good wine with good food, this store is for you. We are very pleased with Mark, who really understands his work and has a lot of knowledge about the culture of using this wonderful natural drink - wine. We also had a very nice presentation with tasting of different wines from Italy, Portugal, France, Australia. We will definitely visit the store again. Thank you Mark for the wonderful moments.
Staff always helpful and knowledgeable. Good stock - not the cheapest but great value. I have never been disappointed with wine from Majestic: can't say that for the so-called "half price" wines in some supermarkets. Best of all you can taste some of the wines. And tasting glasses are back rather than the silly little plastic thimbles they had for a while!
I started buying from majestic wine a few years back and now, I wouldn't go anywhere else. They have so many wines to pick from and if I'm struggling I just ask for advice, which is always friendly,very knowledgeable and everytime ive asked for a recommendation based on what I normally like they've been spot on, I now have quite a few new favourites.
Very helpful staff member. Not sure about the new store layout grouping the wines by characteristics of taste. If you know which wines you want by country, then finding them can take a while.
The best place in town. Lot of different wines, nice and very helpful stuff. Every visit I discover new taste, also prices are for every pocket
Wine lovers heaven... Always has a little tasting station at the front with a good range of wines to try. Good selection of wines with a price range to suit all wallets. Friendly staff who always help to carry your purchase to the car. Love it!
One of my favourite places in Ipswich. Staff are tremendously friendly and helpful. No questions are too silly and all advice given is carefully considered and personal. A lot of places could learn from staff teams like the one at Majestic.
I did 3/4 of my shopping before speaking to Chris for a bit of advice. As always very knowledgeable and full of real life recommendations.
Expensive, closes early, take what is recommended else it takes a long time to cook Food very decent but should be for the price Unlikely to return The food is not good enough or different enough from a regular Indian, to attract me to pay those prices again 2 people Starter each Main, side, rice each 2 glasses of wine 2 ciders £60+ Make your own decisions
Great range of products and a very helpful and friendly member of staff Chris at the Ipswich branch. Will definitely be back for more!!!!
