Extremely friendly without being interfering staff. Clean, good choice of produce. Very patient with 90 year old grandmother, often use when in the area. Just becareful about parking. We forgot to buy a couple of bits but couldn't return to park there again when returning the same day - to stop people abusing the free parking I imagine. Longer local parking encourages the town's overall prosperity not just the store though...
A lovely shopping experience if you are a lazy cook with plenty of money. For those among us with an allotment and who are prepared to make the effort when cooking, the basic ingredients come in rather more expensive than other supermarkets. However, if you are looking for selection or something different to the usual, then this is a good place to start.
This branch of Waitrose is good but the toilets are consistently disgusting. Every time I have had to use them they are dirty, water everywhere + the hand-dryer pours water all over the floor which doesn’t help. Revolting.
Not one of the biggest stores, but well laid out and good range of products. Only slightly higher prices than most other stores and good offers help reduce the bill.
Been here twice and been served by same lady, who is just lovely. Goes over and above and makes you feel so welcome.
Cafe should be closed again. Advertising childs lunch unavailable! Cake put on same plate as egg custards fine only to be moved to plate with nuts !! CROSS Contamination at its best !!
Easily found what I needed. Well stocked shelves and friendly staff.
Nice tidy store with some empty shelves at present like most supermarkets.
Reasonably big supermarket with usual range of goods. Disabled parking available. Cafe available.
