good supply of wines, friendly and welcoming staff, very nice tasting idea, the only flaw is that I placed my order online and went to collect it at the shop but I didn't check and when I got home I realized that they had a wrong bottle the name was the same even the winery changes the vine it can happen to everyone but for the next one a little more attention

All hail Majestic Bromley. The red wine which I had wanted the most Passimento 2017 Pasqua had sold out online so I decided to pick something else to bring my order up to 6 bottles. Not only did my online delivery reach me extremely quickly 3 working days but they had substituted my replacement wine with the Passimento I was after in the first place, and at no extra charge! Excellent customer service.
Love my red and always had this perception of these being the aladins cave of wine but it wasn't to be. The choice was good and quality great they offer tastings and other drinks like spirits and lager really nice little touches like the bulk buy discounts the membership for vouchers and the print off of meals to enjoy the wine with
Short minded staff here! Won't be using this company again. They spend five minutes on every visit asking for postcode, e-mail the lot, so they can bombard you with sales. But surprisingly enough they cannot use this very data to confirm the discount mail they sent. When asking can you check your mails, of course the answer was NO , our system wont do that. Poor service Goodbye Beware

One of the friendliest Majestic stores i have been to... staff v knowledgable, store well stocked, clean and in the current climate socially distanced and covid safe. Highly recommend this branch.
Bromley branch supplied the wine for our wedding, absolutely spot on! The Guv'nor red went down a treat, out of the 48 bottles ordered, we only had 1 left!
