Gas and electricity top up machine not working again came out just to top up and this is what I get. The place smells and is dark the guys are not helpful if I could give less stars I would. Dont bother going here

Miserable pair of b**tards! Will tell you their Electric and Gas top up isn't working (''eeeees nuh verkiiing'') when it is depending on if they deem you to have done something to offend them or not. I know this is the case because I waited outside and got a friend to go in for me and she came back with my keys both topped up. The bloke will stand their hawking up phlegm wads with his sunken eyes a'blinking as you ask for what you want. Once you smile sweetly, ensuring to be extra nice so he isn't an utter kn*b to you, his miserable partner sits in the back in her fingerless gloves shooting you daggers from her footstool like a cross between a deaf-mute Fagin and a schizophrenic Golum. Tiny shop, poor choice of drinks, decent magazines and I can imagine they could do a roaring trade if they treated people like they gave a s**t. I wish the people of Bromley could be principled enough to boycott them but I highly doubt it. Avoid at all costs, you will be highly irritated!

Unbelievably wrong! Customer service below any rating. You won't believe what has happened just now, here is the story: came in to top up my oyster, putting my change on the counter (the guy is on the phone to his boss asking to close store earlier), he looks at me and at my change, declares that i should get ready before i come and asks me to move. I was like excuse me, are you serious? That guy refused to serve me and told me and other two customers (before telling them to mind their own business) to get out! I was left speechless. Many thanks to two fellow ex-customers for support in this very particular situation! I don't even know if should dwell on idea that i was discriminated and call the police or not. Clearly the case! It could have been anyone with protected characteristics.
