Shocking Customer Service! Having bought from them for many years, I bought a top for my husbands birthday which was damaged and they won't replace it. It was purchased in April and his birthday was May. When he tried it on it, it was marked so I phoned them to ask for a replacement packaging and labels still on the top but they have refused due to it being over 30 days by 2 days and there policy is that the items need to be checked within 72 hours of receiving the parcel. He now has a damaged top that they will not replace or refund. Disgusting!
Please trust me when I tell you this company is a scam. I'm not saying you won't get your products you will, but you'll either get fakes, poor quality, or torn clothing. When you complain you'll get a response from a disgracefully rude customer service team who will try to pull the wool over your eyes with a bunch of legal jargon explaining why they're not refunding you for the poor products they sent you. I ordered a box of "Hugo Boss" underwear in the correct size. One had a hole in them, and all three were way too small. This was a £29 order and Mainline Menswear were prepared to fight to the death before they gave any sort of compensation, refund, or exchange. I spoke to Hugo Boss and they have no idea who this company is so they're most likely selling cheap fakes. I can honestly say this is THE worst experience I've had with any company in any industry, period. Poor products, even worse customer. Mainline Menswear are thieves.
I received an item from them back in May; c.£200 for a Hugo Boss summer jacket. When I unpackaged it it was clearly not a new jacket, it was covered in marks and the material had bobbled. Just to further compound my fears there was a pair of loose and waxy AirPod Pro earphones in the pocket! There was no apology in the initial conversation about it, just some challenging questions around my integrity. After a follow up email with pictures I received an email back to confirm that they had checked their CCTV and found that 'a temporary member of staff that we had towards the beginning of the year' had sent this out. They went on to 'confirm that this member of staff is no longer within the business. I am very sorry that an item was returned in this condition and we will provide more thorough training going forward'. I have returned the item as requested, yet I am still to receive a replacement. Although they have fully acknowledged that the item was second hand and not fit for purpose, they won't provide me with a replacement as I am unable to provide a tracking number. Not sure at this stage of the review if I will have the option to add pictures of the email and the garment but I will if I can.
Having read the reviews after ordering my husband a shirt I was feeling a little worried in case the shirt was not as expected or needed to be returned. I am glad to say i need not of worried. Shirt arrived 1 day early fit was packed well. Fit was as expected of the brand. Husband is very pleased. Can't fault our experience.
Outstanding customer service! Living in the United States, I stumbled across the website a few years ago in search of designer clothing for men I could purchase online at reasonable prices and shipping costs. Since then I have ordered numerous clothing items from a variety of brands and have never experienced any issues. Furthermore the shipping from UK to my doorstep in the US normally only takes between 4-5 days after DHL dispatch. I have recommended this store to many friends and will continue to support!
Shocked to read some of the negative reviews here. I found Mainline Menswear to be excellent, their customer service was exceptional!! Ordered a beautiful jumper for my other half, it arrived 2 days later!! However, it was too big but the whole return & replacement for the correct size process couldn’t have been smoother. I was delighted with the product & the service & won’t hesitate to shop here again & would highly recommend it. Thankyou
It’s ok until you have a problem. They initially refused a return of a garment that failed. Then allowed a return, but there is a succession of lengthy emails trying to wear you down and delay refunding or replacing faulty goods. All the usual tricks; referring to manufacturers guarantee instead of Consumer Rights. After receiving my return by recorded post, they did nothing for a week. I emailed to chase up and they responded with another email about them sending a photograph of the item to the manufacturer and waiting for their opinion which will be at least two weeks time. They alluded to them not replacing or refunding if the manufacturer replied that there is no fault. I have responded already that this is disappointing and they can expect to be sued if they do that. The idea that looking at a photo can tell whether there was a manufacturer fault is already laughable but they are potential acting illegally if they deny consumer rights. I expect a battle sadly because of the effort that has gone into the emails and process. I won’t be going back.
Paid extra for NEXT day delivery Monday afternoon. Packages arrived half past 7 Wednesday night.. no updates and sign of postage refund!!! Free postage would have got here quicker!! Lovely items and good value but let down with delivery hence 2 stars
5 star as it doesn’t go up to 6! Moved to Spain last year and wasn’t sure if I’d still be able to order from website. Luckily I could and even though postage costs a bit more, it’s worth it as courier delivery is prompt. Always a great selection of items on the site and always reasonable prices
I purchased 3 items from Mainline Mens Wear. The 1 was perfect but the other 2 were simply too tight so I exchanged them both for a larger size. After receiving the larger size I was again unable to fit into these jeans so I returned them for a refund. The customer service is absolutely excellent and email replies are very fast. They were very helpful when it came to me getting a refund and I’ll be sure to use them again. Lovely clothes at great prices. Fast delivery and easy to use returns process. What more could you ask for. Thanks Again Mainline Mens Wear. Keep up the good work. 5 Stars Well deserved.

My parcel from Mainline Menswear was firstly due on and paid for a next day delivery which it wasn’t , it was then left in my recycling bin (which was in fact out for collection to be emptied ) their driver from their delivery firm DPD deeming this a safe place to leave my parcel!! This happened on the 22nd December and was a Christmas gift. My bin was emptied with the parcel inside ! It is now February and I still haven’t received my refund or a replacement item. Instead I have been expected to wait over 6 almost 7 weeks with no resolution. To have my emails ignored now on two separate occasions by mainlines menswear and my claim of no goods received via Clearpay also ignored and not even responded to. And they are now blocking and removing each review I leave on their socials!! Just Shocking !!
