Went in today and all tanks were extremely dirty with a inch of waste on the bottom. Dead fish it was awful. Always gone here for years but today has put me off going back.

Very dirty tanks there were atleast 5 diseased tanks some with obvious white spot .the tanks had algae blooms lots of dirt and dirty glass we saw 8 dead fish in various tanks in the betta fish area the tanks were incredibky dirty with some ill looking fish some of them not swimming just on their sides on the bottom. i would never buy from this shop .the staff seemed clueless i work in security and for the ten mins or so we were in the shop there was no one on the till for most of the time .there was very little tank maintenance done even the shelves were dusty and dirty .the 2 female staff seemed very young and inexperienced .we shop at 2 other maidenhead shops near our home in thornton blackpool  and they are fantastic .

Lovely store, wide range of both tropical and cold water fish. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable, easy parking on the mills car park. Large range of accessories, parts and spares as well.

I visited the aquarium today and the smell hit you when you entered the premises, the tropical fish tanks were dirty and in my mind very over crowded.  In the past I would have bought fish from here but not anymore and I certainly wouldn't recommend visiting.

Very helpful staff who are willing to share their knowledge and advice. Good selection on all aquatic items from the obvious fish selection to all aquatic needs from food to filters, live plants and decor etc Well worth visiting and recommended.
