Bought a filter pump & the assistant set it up ready to be inserted into the tank. Couldnt have asked for any more help,very polite & advice from hom. Thoroughly recommended
My regular LPS. I always buy my fish/shrimps from here as they always have a good range, suitable for all needs, ages and from beginers to experienced fish keepers alike. A great selection of aquatic products too like tanks, ornaments and substrate. Steven the junior manager and all hia staff are excellent and friendly & knowledgable.
It was clean, staff are very polite and attentive my only issue is the prices, still a little high. I did feel bad for the staff having to deal with time wasters who treated the place like an aquazoo looking but not buying. Thanks for your help guys you definitely have some great knowledge and advice.
Kids thoroughly enjoyed seeing all of the gorgeous fish. Place very clean and assistant's very helpful .

Little on the expensive side, but fish always seem of very good stock. Not enough staff, I wanted to buy some fish but left having waited too long. One person seemed to be running the shop with a lot of customers wanting service. This isn't the first time I've experienced this issue too!
A decent fish store with good stock of fish, plants, ranks and equipment. Staff are knowledgeable and happy to help and give suggestions. It is inside Dobbies Garden Centre so if you are also after any garden plants, it's good for a look around!

Great range, amazingly helpful staff, when they were swamped during the early pandemic during the first reopening weekend. My external filter died, I was super anxious that it would take too long to get a replacement. I called up and explained what happened. I was recommended a suitable replacement over the phone that would fit in the space I had available, paid over the phone and collected at their side door in the space of 15 minutes. I didn't have to worry about being surrounded by people or the 1hr+ queue to get inside the garden center before even getting into Maidenhead aquatics itself. Got it home and found the hose attachment lever was completely shattered, called up and got a new one 10 minutes later at the side door to swap over. Saved my fish, plants and bacteria! Absolutely went above and beyond for me and my fish.
