Been using this shop for the last few years. Not often as it's not local to me, but whenever I can get over. I'm never disappointed. The staff are brilliant, patient and helpful and happy to offer advice. All the tanks are clean and well maintained and there is a good selection of fish. My interest is tropical and there's enough to tempt me although I wish there was a better selection of ornamental snails like rabbit snails, and also some of the new male Betta colours and shapes. Parking is brilliant too.
Great staff and service. Staff are very knowledgable and will do their best to answer any questions or queries you might have. New guy who’s transferred from Peterborough and Steve the manager are especially knowledgable and helpful! Have had lots of dealings from buying and filling our large fish tank and they’ve been consistently great here with lots of advice on fish and products that work well together.
One of the better aquatic stores, this branch has moved further into Marine life, but still gets a good selection of tropical freshwater species. Today I was just visiting to buy a selection of dry, live and frozen foods to suit my wide range of tropical fish, the range stocked is wider than most seem to keep.
Been visiting here for years, and consistency is clear. Good selection of all livestock fish and supplies. Knowledgeable staff altho takes patience to get them to open up and talk to you!.
If you're into all types of fish this is the place to go. Not only do they have an amazing stock, they are super helpful. You will find it within the garden centre, which is also full of wonderful plants and garden goodies.
Walked around the shop stood looking at things, no one bothered to ask if we needed any help. Disappointed. Stock fish tanks found 2 dead fish in them.
Amazing stock and incredibly helpful staff. Went above and beyond in getting me the fish I chose. Will be going back.
Great place. Shame it's closing. Hope the staff all get new jobs as they have been very very helpful for many years.
Highly recommend looking round, huge variety of fish and lots more. Well looked after and staff are helpful and professional.
