"We are an Elddis Dealer in new and secondhand caravans. Due to having to re-locate our premises, we still have a small shop area open and sell caravans. Awnings and canvas products are still available, with stocks of Vango, Kampa, Dometic, some Isabella. We still have stock of a good range of accessories, all of which we are unable to display. However, you can still purchase from our website and click and collect.Our new premises are on the same site but over to the right, the main building now being run as a Car Dealers, AutopiaAll contact details remain the same. We anticipate moving to new premises next Spring with new workshops and improved selling area.Our thanks for your custom in the past, and hope you to see you again soon"

Been here loads of times and been given the best advice every time, we looked at a vango awning then tried to be clever and Googled the price to get from elsewhere and it was cheaper too, no pushy sales people at all, I always recommend these guys to anyone
Extremely disappointed with the sub standard service i have had from this retailer. I ordered an inner tent from their website and paid for it in good faith using paypal. I then noticed that it said they were not in stock. i felt sure this was a mistake as surely a competent ethical retailer wouldn't let me pay for something they didn't even have in stock. i phoned the firm, they took ages to answer. The chap who answered was extremely unhelpful i think it was the owner and seemed quite annoyed that i was 'disturbing' him on a Sunday despite the fact that the web site i was looking at says they are open on sunday and said he couldn't do anything about it until monday because he couldn't access the system even though its his own system!, and he promptly hung up. i phoned on Monday and it sounded like the same chap, and he was yet again, unhelpful, obtusive, uninterested and defensive. He confirmed that the item was indeed out of stock. When i enquired as to how it was possible to order and pay for something that they didnt even stock, he admitted he didn't know and couldn't offer any explanation as to how this had happened. He then said it was my fault for ordering something that was out of stock! , and said it was my fault because the website clearly said the shop was closed as they were moving so how was i able to order something then?. it seems it is not only his own software he appears not to understand, but also Google's shopping algorithm, which is what led me to his website i.e. i didnt go onto his main Homepage but was directed to the specific item i was buying, via Google algorithm. The apparent lack of courtesy and seeming unwillingness to be of any assistance, coupled with his apparent incompetency when it came to understanding how his own on-line shop works means, i would be unwise not to avoid this company like the plague in future. Incidentally he refused to take any responsibility for anything , instead blamed me for buying the item, and blamed his software for allowing me to buy it when they didnt even stock it. Very poor customer service. This error has caused me stress as I am going on holiday soon and needed to purchase the inner tent quickly, and now i have to wait a few days for the refund before i can order another one from a different retailer . I will make sure i use a more competent and helpful retailer in future. It could be theyve just gone on line and havent got to grips with their IT system, who knows.
We had a problem with our caravan, we called in on Saturday and spoke to Andy in the service department, we took our van today and a mechanic fixed it for us what wonderful service we received could not fault them. Would definitely recommend them. A very big thank you to Andy and I think the mechanic was Andy as well. Service with a smile that's for sure.
Very disappointed after a long trip. No tents in the field which was the main reason for our visit, not the usual amount of caravans to view either. Shop was well stocked but seemed very very expensive compared to other shops of the same genre. Very disappointed with our visit today.
Fantastic caravan and camping shop everything under one roof with friendly helpful staff. Well worth a visiting even if you dont need anything. 5 star recommended.
A good and large range of stock, some good prices and some not so good. Definitely worth a rummage, you'll probably find something you didn't realise you wanted. Beware that some staff are friendlier and more helpful than others, whilst some of them look like they'd rather you weren't there. They take card payments. Lots of parking space outside. Edited to add after owner's reply: Hi, thank you for your comprehensive reply, it's appreciated. On prices, fair enough, I suppose the high demand is pushing up prices On customer abuse, I am sorry to hear your staff are experiencing this and I can understand that could leave you feeling jaded. Those people should be ashamed of themselves, there is no excuse for abusing staff but I suspect they have no shame. Best wishes.
Very helpful staff, had exactly what I needed. good advice from knowlesdeable staff. hidden away but open. seems to have everything a caravaner needs.

The staff are really knowledge, very accommodating and are not pushy at all. Have a small display area for tents but I understand you need lots of space to display more. I would recommend a visit of browsing.
We just visited this company and we found it very uninviting as we walked in staff just looked at us then we were told to pick up our small dog and carry it . I don't think we will be going back or spending our money here
