I have been to this salon couple of times. And the ladies are lovely . I get my eyebrows done and wax mostly. I would recommend this place. It’s better to book appointment I guess as it’s easier for the customer and for the staff.

With the opening of beauty parlours doing waxing/threading. I initially was excited to go and see the regular staff members in the hope of seeing safety procedures put in place. What a shock on entry, no temperatures taken, no visors or gloves, new staff not wearing faces asks that cover their nose rather wishing to weR it on their chin. The attitude of the staff members wS nothing less than disgraceful where a particular staff member who doesn't wash her hands between clients, does not worry about hygiene. She put a wax stick in her mouth whilst waxing with her saliva on it whilst waxing my child, I was horrified and promptly asked her to stop and to use a new wax stick, I asked her to put her mask on properly but she started giving me attitude and when I asked the other staff member not to place the thread in her mouth as it could lead to saliva sprayyover customers, she complained stating there was no way to thread. I asked to speak to the manager, Bal who works in the Hounslow West shop but the staff member asked the receptionist to phone her where she promptly complained about me asking them to cover their faces. The manager, instead of asking to speak to me to ascertain the situation promptly advised the staff member not to serve me. When I asked for the managers number. The lady behind the desk stated she didn't have her number, so I reminded her of the fact she had just phoned her, she then advised that she was not able to provide her number. I was absolutely shocked with her behaviour as she was incredibly rude. There was no observation of chairs being 1 m apart and customers sat very closely together. The manager seems to not invest in a covid secure environment but is more preoccupied with making money to the detriment of the customers safety. With an increase in the virus with it affecting the BAME community predominantly. There needs to be better and robust controls. The staff are in need of customer focused training and hygiene practices. I would advise people to avoid this place for their own safety.
