DO NOT GO HERE. Horrible owner, Priya. Staff convinced us to buy their services, not ONCE mentioning the terms and conditions of the purchase. We even told them that, due to the state of my income I may require a refund but they brushed it off. When I called Priya to change my package or to get a refund, she told me they don't do refunds, AFTER I paid full price. (Which was £2,400, might I add). A business that takes in a huge amount of cash and not telling us the terms? I assumed they would accept refunds as it wasn't mentioned in the first place. However Priya kept blatantly lying over the phone, saying she told us. If she had told me, I would never have paid such a huge amount! Absolutely disappointed. DO NO GO HERE.

Great staff and a very effecient service. My laser treatment is going extremely well and I am very happy with the results.

Hi. I've been going to Colaz Southall for laser treatment and in January it was my third visit to the salon. My appointment was with Priya and I must say that she was really good. She had an amazing attention to detail which I have never experienced with any other therapist before. Overall the staff is very professional, good and friendly.

I've only had my first session at Colaz southall and honestly I am so pleased with the results. Firstly a big thank you to all the staff they are extremely professional specially Arzoo (receptionist) who managed to fit me in for a consultation straight away and Harpreet A* therapist and knows exactly what she's doing. For sure I will recommend you to all my friends and family! Thanks ladies once again.

The worst waxing experience ever! It was my first time at Colaz in Southall. I went to get a Hollywood waxing done . The girl doing the waxing was rough on my skin ,used the same strip over and over again and the worst part is that when I came home my vagina was red swollen in pain and I had a laceration in between my labia . A tear on my skin ,a cut that was bleeding ! Will never go back there ! Expensive,dirty and not having a clue how to wax on that part of the body !
