The Maharajah Indian restaurant has closed down. A new restaurant, Charcoal Grill, serving Lebanese Mediterranean food and allowing Bring Your Own alcohol, opened up in its place 2 months ago. We dined there tonight. We had a sharer platter for £32 including 2 soft drinks. The meal was quite tasty.
By far one of the worst restaurants I have ever been to. The staff were very rude, the owner was arguing politically about the country he was from, staff were touching parts of their body but not washing there hands, they were selling drinks that claimed to be draught but were being poured from a bottle and to top it off they charged us a £10 tip without our consent. Absolutely terrible!
my wife and I ate here on Tuesday - the food was lovely, well presented, hot and tasty. the service and attention was spot on. it is also very good value for money. thank you.
First of all it’s not “Indian” restaurant it’s a Bangladeshi. We’re about 10 ppl out there for dinner , were served frowsy chicken. Ill mannered staff , “Not recommended at all” bad
Took an hour and half on a Wednesday and they still got the order wrong! The curries we did get we watery and tasteless. The recent news reports about this place don’t help but get the basics right. Avoid!
Can't give no stars! They accepted our order and money but closed up before they delivered the food now we have to wait up to 5 days for our money to be returned! Will not be going there again and would caution people to use them
The food was good although the lamb was a Litle over cooked. The staff friendly. A very pleasant evening.
Went with a party of 7 and received a poor and slow Service. 2 of the meals chicken was not cooked properly.
Good evening everyone they serve a delicious roasted chicken meat with cooked chicken leg with biryani and roasted chicken kebab with daal and cooked mayonnaise with roti with cooked biryani and chicken salad with chicken brown sauce and salad
Best Indian restaurant in Dunstable. Friendly staff lovely food great atmosphere .
