Ordered flowers from my mum for Mother's day and once again the ladies in Magic Moments didn't disappoint. A lovely selection of flowers in the bouquet. I use them for her birthday and mother's day most years and they are great and so easy to deal with. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.
Talked to the phone with Sinead, she was so professionall and made things so simple. She really knows how to listen a petition and give to the costumer exactly what he needs. Her attitude at her job is enviable. I bet the rest of coworkers are the same. So, if you need to contact Magic Moments do it without any doubt because they will listen, advise, and give you their best product!
Absolute nightmare trying to get any communication back from them about our wedding flowers. Our wedding is in 5 weeks and we are completely in the dark. Awful unprofessional customer service.
