I live abroad and send flowers to people locally. They allow you to pay over the phone. They are much cheaper then online services and always helpful. I think it's always nicer to use a local shop.

Shocking..Ordered flowers for my Mother’s 80th Birthday on Monday 22nd Jan at 10am for late afternoon delivery,had to phone and ask my Mother on Tuesday afternoon had she received them,ruining any surprise,to which she had not...Furious Wednesday morning went down to Fredas where the woman who had taken my original could not have been more unhelpful and disinterested,never apologized once and could not have cared less... Did say she would find out what happened to which I responded that is completely irrelevant now Live locally and have used Freda’s before,will never use again,customer service and satisfaction are obviously not a concern for their business...
