We come here every year to see Santa and they never disappoint. Santa is totally the real deal, the kids love it. My only slight hang up is the price, we're a family of 5 and it costs £70 this year if I remember correctly.

Thoroughly enjoyed the Santa experience. The kids loved seeing the big guy and the trail was lots of fun, especially the snowball fight at the end! Highly recommend a visit to the shop too!

Lovely place and the staff are great, made the  family feel welcome. Magical!

Christmas Experience was not a patch on last year, and male staff were rude to the point of laziness. Not impressed!

I went there last year and I am really looking forward to it this year, everyone including santa really helped create a magical experience and I love how santa interacts with the kids and the adults

The people working here are so friendly! We had a lovely time and surprised by how magical the tour is. Best thing about our trip to Stratford.

Good fun  for kids and adults. The staff was generous  for handing us some goodies. It is a good place to spend your time with family and friends .
