I've started going here once a week for a one to one with Gavin. Everyone ive met has been so nice and friendly, I was very nervous about walking in as a woman with little experience of boxing but now its the highlight of my week. I live in Ware but its worth the drive, can't recommend it highly enough.
Superb boxing gym with top facilities and equipment. You will be made to feel welcome as well as getting coaching from Gavin, Jamie and Roy who are all top class coaches as well as genuine people. I started there with 0 boxing experience and all three have contributed to improving me quickly over the last 5 months. Must be the best boxing gym in Essex. Can't recommend enough.
Excellent place to take the kids if they want to try boxing! Trainers are great and the gym has all you need.
The owner and coach Gavin is One of the nicest and most driven men you will ever meet. Would recommend to locals not only as a boxing club but also as a place you can go to from day to day, they look after one another.
My almost 5 year old son attended today, naturally he was a little shy, the trainers were not pushy at all and still involved him and kept checking how he was, eventually he joined in. Very patient with the kids and also very disciplined with clear instructions and rules...also friendly environment for younger ones and reassuring for the parents! Will definately be back for more!!! Thankyou
