Had swimming competition there. It was great overall but it was a bit too hot. Luckily I brought lots of water and there is a water fountain at the swimming pool.
The administration process is outdated and slow. Every time you renew you have to fill out the whole form again - paper and pen, this should be online and you should only have to update stuff that has changed.nnThen you queue up to pay and then are passed to another queue to get your card.nnThis is from 1980 not 2024. Come on guys you can do better, this takes time, money, causes customer frustration and gives you a mountain of paperwork.
Visited this place a few days ago for the first time, and definitely won’t be the last, I decided to go swimming with my wife but I wanted to know specific details about the pool and the times it opens and closes. I spoke to a lifeguard called Ben who was very professional and happy to help, definitely felt as though he knew what he was doing meaning that my wife and I could have a nice time in the pool.
One of the biggest leisure centres I have ever been in where they cater for children as well as adults equally. There is a climbing zone, a large swimming pool and a trampoline park, which I loved, but will sap your strength and willpower if you are over the age of 40. The Leisurezone is not cheap, but if you need a place for those kids that need to let off some energy, I can recommend it. There is a lot to do for adults as well, from a gym to fitness classes. There is a pay parking area, but the tokens can be validated at the reception area if you are paying to use the services. Reservations are recommended. Good fun.
Harlow Leisurezone is absolutely fantastic! Honestly, the staff are absolutely ace. The swimming pool is just brilliant, to add to that there's a hairdressers and barbers, there's a wall climbing part inside the softplay !which I might also had add is hygienically clean there's air conditioning everywhere it feels ikr it. The food is very nice and not as over priced as done other places. Honestly, there's nothing to dislike. The fellow customers are very kind and helpful. Everyone is polite, kind, well mannered and my son loves absolutely beyond all doubt LOVES Harlow Leisurezone! My 9 year old loves it, that's good enough for me. There's also a gym here, which I can't comment on as I've not used it yet. The only snag about the swimming pool is the showers are near the pool and there isn't a family shower, but they are very clean! The cafeteria is lovely, homemade tuna mayo pasta salad... Sublime. I'd honestly buy a house in Harlow if I could afford it.. Every time we come here, we fall in love with it more and more. Can't wait to come again!
