Lovely fresh food and homemade cakes. Great service and very friendly. Plastic cutlery and plates for little ones plus a book corner and colouring pens/books available too.

Been coming in here off and on for a decade. Quite, civilised, peaceful place - I guess it's an age thing!

We called in for a snack, just had tea's and cheese scone / toasted teacake. Nice to see China cups & saucers. Lost a star as my scone was a bit hard/too crusty on the outside, maybe if they had warned it up it would have been better. Plenty of seating areas. Lots more on the menu eg cakes, pasties, soup, roast dinners, pie dinner, deserts, ice creams etc. Toilet facilities. Free WiFi. Staff friendly and polite. Other customers seemed to be enjoying the lunches.
