Very speedy service today and pleasant driver. The hospital phoned through a prescription for covid anti viral medication for me today and within an hour you had delivered it to me. Would definitely recommend your team. Thanks very much.
Upgrading from a 2 to a 5! First visit was very disappointing being asked multiple times if I was sure I hadn't already picked up my prescription, along with losing one item - which turned out to be in the wrong bag!, but since then I've had great service. During a severe bout of illness they delivered twice to me without any issue and on both occassions the following day. Thanks very much!
The staff are always very nice and helpful and friendly and help you if they can I won’t use another pharmacy than Mackies 10/10
Been using them since I was put on a ton of meds following my heart attack. They're always helpful and usually fairly quick even if they're busy.

Had such a great experience at mackies today, as usual top notch customer service, quick prescription times and excellent staff. Highly recommend using Mackies in Cardonald. Natalie, Michelle and the team go above and beyond for their customers. Nothing is a problem. The whole team have a great wealth of knowledge. Pharmacist also very pleasant, it’s clear to see they are very busy and there’s often queues outside the door but they always make time for you. In addition, I have noticed that unlike many other shops, they are still adhering to government guidelines within the shop and that’s great to see! While many other businesses aren’t doing as much since covid, Mackies are still providing a late night service to 7pm which is really helpful! Well done and thankyou !
