Wonderful experience today! Went in just to have a look for Christmas gifts and ended up having a lovely chat with the guy that works there and having my stuff gift-wrapped by the lady while I shopped. Sadly I didn't catch their names but thank you so much for a great Christmas shopping experience.
I was given a voucher for afternoon tea for two at Mackintosh at the Willow. The staff were so friendly and helpful and chatty. The food was lovely and we were not rushed out the door. I would definitely go back again
Beautifully served excellent food in fantastic surroundings true to the maestro himself in every detail. Lovely, attentive helpful staff and I would recommend a visit to anyone ! Didn't do the tour of the building but will certainly do so next time. Well stocked shop with lovely items. Visit it now !! John Allan.
Just enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea with my daughter. Tables well distanced and sanitiser on every one with a one-way system in operation. Thank you Mackintosh at the Willow, your staff are first class!

Retains the style and charm of the original 1903 tea rooms. Well worth a visit. Superb collection of teas to suit all tastes and scones to die for
We had afternoon tea in the restored tea room and it was lovely. The restoration is fabulous and it is well worth a visit for that alone. The afternoon tea itself was really nice. I found it to be a good size and the sandwiches and cakes were lovely. I would definitely come again.
Lovingly restored to its glory. It's worth stopping here for lunch or afternoon tea however the sandwiches and cakes could have been fresher. The sandwiches were slightly dry around the edges and the cakes were cold. Food should be enjoyed at room temperature. They need more staff!
Great food, fantastic service. Would highly recommend.
