Great I stop here once and a while on my way home from work. Usually in and out, parking is good for the most part but sometimes it is busy but there was always a parking spot. Most of the employees are very kind some of them don't talk much but that's fine by me and they carry quite a bit of items so if you're looking for something quickly most likely have it no complaints on my end
I genuinely don’t post the reviews online much… But this place definitely needs attention from 7-Eleven customer service. based on reviews online and a lot of word of mouth reviws around the Quincy/Weymouth area he is ensuring that you guys get a very bad reputation .The cashier is extremely rude and yelled at me on two separate occasions. The first time this happened I let it go thinking he was probably having a rough day but it happened another time today. This has apparently happened to many friends of mine who frequently go there to buy groceriey or scratch tickets. Even the reviews posted before mine talk about a very very rude cashier who actually screams at you for no reason. He is a bald guy Who is usually on the shift at night. So if anyone feels compelled to go experience this… Just go there ask him for something very politely and if you’re lucky he’ll bite your head off. What ticked him off in my case Was me asking for a scratch ticket and repeating the number twice because I thought he didn’t hear me the first time
Very convenient, very clean store with a good variety of items and friendly staff
Went in there a few times recently and the cashiers were extremely rude to my stepmom. One called her the b word one day. Last night I was in there and my stepmom is legally blind and was trying to ask the cashier a question and he said he told her 4 times but he didn’t and he was being extremely rude about it. Started yelling at her and everything.
Good selection but the service was *extremely* slow. The cashier was having difficulty waiting on the people in front of me, and had to ask them 3 times what they wanted from behind the counter. It was a waste of time and held up the line for longer than expected. Not my first choice of 7/11's in the area, not sure I would come back.
You guys are not open 24 hours, you seem to close overnight now but don't have the hours on the door or anything. CORPORATE FOR F@¢K$ SAKE STOP CONFIRMING IT'S OPEN 24 HOURS ON HERE IT'S ASININE.
Without warning, they have changed their hours to 5am-Midnight. I come to this store several times a week, it is usually 24/7. Tonight the door was locked and there was a piece of printer-paper taped to it, “Hours 5-Midnight”. It wasn’t there two days ago when I visited last, and it gave absolutely no explanation for the change. This is not reflected in the hours listed on google or the ones listed at 7-eleven.com Now it’s time to google what else might be open right now.
I went in at midnight to buy smokes and have never dealt with a more rude employee. he literally blamed me for breaking his credit card machine because I needed to use a second card.
Went here to turn in 2 scratch tickets. One for $15 the other for $300. It said I won $315 total but when you win here the smart clerk says you only won $15. And because I did say the total amount out load so the whole store could hear me, I am at fault. She was convinced that I messed up after showing her a picture on my phone saying the amount as well as making her pull out the ticket to confirm the amount. I haven't been here in years and now I know to stay away forever. Ended up getting the right amount, after the women had to go to the back of the store to get the cash. How can you sell lottery tickets and expect no one to win at this store!
It's 4:00 in the morning and a 43yr.old grandmother just got carded for cigarettes. pahahahaha This young clerk was worried about losing her job. To her I say , No worries young lady. Other than bad judgment which shocked me she made my day lol I had to come closer to show my age on my face pahahaha
