Excellent range of all things kitchen. Good quality and reliable makes. Staff are always busy but helpful. Although they didn't have one item that I wanted, well you can't stock everything.
Beautiful shop that I love to show to foody friends I am local, but I HATE shopping there. It is unpleasant and clicky. I was disappointed to receive yet another birthday gift voucher from this shop, because it means I have to go in there. I now have two gift vouchers and a total dread of shopping in a local shop that makes me feel awful. So unwelcoming, I feel like an intruder.
What a lovely shop, and an Aladdin's cave of wonders for everything for the home, from baking to high end cutlery to place mats. This is by far my favourite shop in town! The first time I visited, it was just to have a look around as the display window caught my eye - I ended up spending over £200 on a new cutlery set! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and very knowledgeable! I'm sure i'll be forever buying new things for the home and kitchen from Ma Cuisine, and i'm excited what I can buy next for my new home.

Really beautiful shop. Lovely products. But oh my goodness....customer serice? WHERE? There were 3 people in the store- owners/ managers and a member of staff? I can't be sure. But what i can be sure of is that we weren't welcome. We had to walk between them and interrupt their conversation to go further into the store, and, WOW, the look we got. Even when i smiled and said hello, i was met with a frosty glare. My daughter asked me if we could leave, she felt that uncomfortable. We won't be going back. The one star is for the products and overall prettiness of the shop-and because I couldn't leave a zero review. As an add on- having posted my review, i had a quick look at others. This seems to be the norm here. . There are more pleasant places to shop.
I am local and although this shop has loads of great stuff - kitchen items, gift items such as star wars figures and things that are a bit different... unfortunately it is let down by the customer service. I had a poor experience as I just wanted to swap a piece of cutlery as it was discoloured. I was told it was from the 'budget' range and that's how it is. Tried to challenge but it was emphasised that's the budget range. I don't go in anymore.
Anything needed for the kitchen is there. Ideal for gifts, wedding presents, etc. If you want quality you will find it. I found that the prices were a little high but if you want quality it's there. I have found that we have always received polite, efficient service from a family run business.
Gorgeous shop, fabulous but expensive. Only reason I scored a "one star" is because every single member of staff and more so especially the owner are snooty hence it makes the shopping experience un-enjoyable. A REAL shame because it's a real jewel of a shop
Love this store, it has everything from gifts to daily kitchen/dinning requirements, so wish we had one in Melksham
