Won’t be spending money/fuelling up in M6 Diesel anymore. Parked up away from pumps as to not block pumps and wasn’t even on a break just needed to get food and kit for the truck and was rudely told to leave not allowed to park on site. Sort your attitude out guys.
I used the Kiosk controlled pump number 2 think, presenting my AS24 card prior to filling. I then went back into kiosk and paid, using my pre approved card. It appears they have also charged my card for 44l of Adblu! @ £1.90 per litre. My Mercedes sprinter doesn't even use Adblu!!
Truckstop fuel, we filled a van, helpful staff, fast service, ideal for bigger HGV's and Vehicles. Sensible price fuel too
Miserable staff, had 8 minutes drive time left so I brought some food and a drink. Only had 15 minutes left to clear my drive time and I was told to leave. Wasn’t blocking anyone, plenty of space. Now facing a night out. WILL NOT be stopping here again
Don't buy anything of significance, they won't accept returns. Tried to return an item 3 times now. 3 different excuses and they haven't accepted the return.
Good location and easy access from the M6 but that's where it ends. Filled up there today and while I was there it was near to empty. So I thought I would buy myself a rollover and just eat it after I had filled up and while it was still hot. In the meantime there was nobody else behind me and only one truck pulled in next to me. Just as I had finished a truck pulled in behind me, so I started my engine and was about to set off when a small old man came out with small man syndrome and started having a go at me for eating the rollover on his premises. If I buy myself warm food, I would like to eat it while it's warm and not when it's cold specially when I am not holding anyone up or blocking anything. If you don't want people to eat the food that you serve on your premises specially if it's warm food, then don't serve it. Ps, what baffled me was when looking at these reviews, how can a 24hour petrol station where you have to pay by card at terminals across the forecourt have so many bad reviews specially when you don't even have to deal with the staff. After today I know why !!!!
Usual service station with the usual amenities.
I have never even met such a miserable, rude chap who works here. It was 2200 hrs and the forecourt was empty. I needed food and also a 15min break. I went into the shop and spent £8.00 on a roll, crisps and a drink and walked back to lorry. I wasn't in anyone's way at all. The employee came over and ordered me to move and I wasn't allowed to parked. I explained I'd just spent money in his shop and just needed a few mins to eat and move on. He replied ITS THE RULES!!! This chap is complete idiot and has no public relations skills. AVOID AVOID AVOID the shop is overpriced!!!
Large area but not allowed to park up on break. Why have such a massive open space? Its not like we're blocking the pumps
Good friendly staff here shop and coffee machine is always super clean good mix of products for lorry drivers from cleaning products to electrical equipment and safety gear too......
