Rude, ignorant staff refused to activate AdBlue pump to top up van. If that's the kind of staff BP employee I'll be moving all my business to Shell.

Greggs. Poor service received from young lady at the Greggs counter. I was informed the products had 'cooled' but found they were in fact 'cold'. I would suspect Greggs 'heated' products are to be served at a warm and edible temperature. I was dissatisfied with the poor service and will avoid stopping their again for fuel or refreshments.
