My experience with MTG Solicitors has been nothing short of a nightmare. I can confidently say that I would not recommend their services to anyone seeking legal assistance. The receptionist's attitude is shockingly rude and abrupt. From the moment she pick up, she makes it her mission to get rid of you. She will also deliberately end calls mid-sentence. It's as if the concept of communication is foreign to her. Having a conversation cut off abruptly, especially when discussing sensitive legal matters, is not just unprofessional, but it's also downright disrespectful. But that's not the worst part. Trying to reach my solicitor has been difficult. Every time I attempt to contact them, it's like talking to a brick wall. Despite my multiple requests for a call back, I've yet to receive a single one. If I could give a lower rating than one star, I certainly would.
A Dire Warning Steer Clear of MTG Solicitors and the Ineptitude of Osman Rating: I feel compelled to share my harrowing experience with MTG Solicitors and the woeful incompetence of one solicitor in particular, Osman. If you value your time, money, and sanity, I implore you to avoid their services at all costs. My journey with MTG Solicitors began with high hopes and a belief that they would provide the professional legal assistance I desperately needed. Unfortunately, Osman quickly shattered any illusions of competence. His astounding lack of knowledge and inability to grasp even the most basic legal concepts left me dumbfounded. It was as if he had never bothered to stay updated in his field or acquire the necessary expertise to handle cases effectively. Communication, or rather the lack thereof, was a constant source of frustration. Osman's responsiveness was shockingly poor, often leaving my inquiries unanswered for days, if not weeks. This prolonged silence left me feeling abandoned and neglected, with no sense of progress or direction in my case. It was abundantly clear that Osman's apathy towards his clients was deeply ingrained. In addition to his glaring incompetence, Osman displayed an astonishing lack of professionalism and respect. He exhibited an arrogant and dismissive attitude towards my concerns, brushing them aside with a complete disregard for the impact they had on my life. I was treated as a mere inconvenience, rather than someone seeking legal guidance during a challenging time. Regrettably, the overall service provided by MTG Solicitors was no better. The administrative team seemed equally disinterested in assisting clients, adding insult to injury. It was apparent that there was a pervasive lack of accountability and oversight within the firm, allowing incompetent solicitors like Osman to continue operating unchecked. Reflecting on my experience with MTG Solicitors, I cannot emphasize enough how imperative it is to avoid their services. The combination of Osman's ineptitude, appalling communication, and lack of professionalism make them a liability to anyone seeking reliable legal representation. If you value your peace of mind and want your legal matters handled competently, I implore you to look elsewhere. Choose a reputable firm with a track record of success, where you can have confidence in their abilities and trust that your case will be treated with the respect it deserves. Save yourself the anguish and disappointment. Do not entrust MTG Solicitors, particularly Osman, with your legal needs. Your time, money, and peace of mind are far too valuable to be squandered on such a subpar and unprofessional service.
I was referred by the citizen advise bureau Hillingdon to this unprofessional law firm and there is always one word in their mouth we can’t help you! despite these people are getting a government fund from the taxpayer and am one of them. This is the second time I was let down by the same person, full of unprofessional and pure lies.
I rang up feeling very vulnerable. My poor executive functioning has caused me to fail to attend to a matter which has lead to some legal difficulty. The woman that took to my call was condescending and made me feel very small. I could hardly get my words she was so intent on telling me they could not help. She would not allow me to speak to the manager when I rang back and denied being patronising. That is not for her to say. She also told me that no solicitor could help me with my problem which made me feel really down and hopeless, and has since been debunked by another solicitors that I’ve contacted. I wasn’t my best self, sure, but when you’re met with condescension and contempt, and someone refuses to listen to you, what else is there to do but stick up for yourself? I would not recommend MTG solicitors to people that are neurodivergent and/or mentally ill or vulnerable in any way. Oh, and she told me to pay a debt that had been accrued by someone falsely using my details! This is incredibly irresponsible advice as it would affect my credit score for life. I should also mention that I told her that her behaviour towards was causing me to experience a severe panic attack, and she did not seem to care in the least. That receptionist is a piece of work and make no mistake.
The receptionist needs to be sacked! She is extremely rude!!! This is the second time I have called and the second time she would not let me explain. So unprofessional, just wanting to rush me off the phone. She needs to be aware that people seeking help from such a service maybe stressed, depressed and may have a variety of emotions. How on earth did she get the job? Judging by the other reviews I’m not the first person to experience her rudeness. Such a discredit to the service.
MTG Solicitors is the best immigration law firm in my opinion. If you want the best lawyer working on your case, it is Terrie Wong. Terrie provided us with professional advises on my spouse visa renewal requirements, filing and process. She is a lady with superior confidence and is very knowledgeable with up to date experience in the field. From the first conversation, she correctly predicted what to anticipate in my case which was all vague when I visited other law firms. Her confidence and expertise gave me confidence to continue with MTG, immediately after I talked with her in person. Terrie is very supportive and handles the procedure smoothly. She impressed me not only with the professionalism, but also with the art of communication as an outstanding mentor and solicitor. All communications from day one were utmost proficient and explanatory. Terrie makes a great contribution to MTG Solicitors team with outstanding leadership and aptitude. I wish that I came to her earlier for professional assistance, which could have saved tons of misleading communications from other solicitors paying consultation fee and wasting time. I am glad I did with Terrie and in my future course of applications it will be her, and why not. Can’t thank Terrie and MTG Solicitors enough. Highly Recommended!
MTG is an outstanding firm. Everyone from the front desk receptionist to the two solicitors with whom I dealt were professional, polite, and prompt. Earld and Rupinder are awesome! They showed compassion and made sure every detail was in order for us. I recommended MTG to a friend who said the same thing: a top quality & caring firm that actually seems to care about its clients. Highly recommend.
Highly recommended to everyone. I am very satisfied with the level of professionalism and commitment shown by the MTG Solicitor especially Rupinder and the entire Immigration Team. She handled our long waited immigration case with confident and efficient manner and were sucessful in dealing with our case. She has a good knowledge of Immigration law and helped us on every stage with good advice.

The service I received was excellent. MTG grasped the issues in my case quickly, and represented me effectively throughout. They instructed counsel in detail at an early stage and went the extra mile to ensure I was able to make clear decisions about how to proceed. I can only say, if you have a criminal matter, go to MTG, they are there for you at every stage.
