Unfortunately it is not possible to give less than one star but I can wholeheartedly say that would rather poke my eyes with a blunt spoon than deal with this firm again. James E Barnes single-handedly delayed the exchange of contracts on the sale of our flat for over two weeks as his working day "usually began at 3pm". If you want a rude, obnoxious and painfully stressful moving experience then look no further.

This is the worst company you can ever work with. Slow, lazy, unprofessional and rude. Dont waste your money. Absolute shame to the profession

A TERRIBLE COMPANY - DO NOT USE! I am flabbergasted at how bad this company is. In all of the transactions I've had over the years I've never dealt with such a rude, arrogant man. Jim Barnes has completely ignored requests, delayed exchanging for no reason and has had the attitude that we can just find another buyer - please do not waste your money on this company. If I didn't have such an easy going buyer I would have lost them a long time ago. STAY AWAY.

Such a professional and approachable firm. Communication is excellent. Timing is very good with documents posted and updates provided. Very helpful indeed. Highly recommended. Thank you

Poor communication. They made everything a complete nightmare as staff were so unhelpful. Will never use them again and would never recommended them to anyone. I would advise to avoid them at all costs.
