Really liked this store, it’s big and has plenty of stock. It was busy around the till area but managed to get through really quick. Staff are friendly and appear to like their job, which is a refreshing change. I just wish drivers at these retail parks would let you cross the road to get to the shops, rather than revving their engines and trying to run you over, it’s not something you notice when you have good mobility and you can dash across in between cars.
Treated myself to a gastropub chicken Kyiv for £6 as my husband is away. Described on the package as crispy and buttery. It was indeed crispy but no buttery ooze and little taste of garlic. Very disappointing as I normally enjoy M&S food. Cooked as per instructions too.nGave half of the chicken to the dog!!

Unparraled levels of rudeness to customers. If one asks where something is an to be shown where it is, you get told it's not possible as s people are off sick. Never experienced this in 40 years shipping with them.
I am writing to express my thanks to a member of staff at the Maybird store, Stratford upon Avon. Having to return to the store due to an error on my shopping bill my query was dealt with by the most courteous and polite member of staff - Chloe. She not only resolved the matter quickly and diligently but apologised on numerous occasions for the trouble it had caused me!! A true ambassador and a credit to the Company, along with everyone else at the Maybird store.
