Good choice for a fairly small shop but a little bit pricey. Excellent quality though.
Lovely shop you pay for what you get senerio! A bit pricey but you can't knock the quality. On the negative side only ever one till open so service is very slow if your buying frozen food! I never buy stuff for my freezer as the service is so slow then the walk to the carpark, plus the journey home.
Done a last minute shop on 24/07 at a self checkout. Had a £10 M&S voucher which their ‘new’ checkouts would not accept. The assistant did not have a clue what to do and on getting the managers help he was simply rude and dismissive saying you can’t use that voucher with these tills contact customer services and abruptly walked away without apology. So we left all our shopping £30 and abruptly left and done our shop at Waitrose!
I have been using this store for many years and class myself as a very good customer but today whilst trying to get cashbook after my purchase the lady on the till appeared not to know how to do this. She called another lady whom I have had contact with before who I find to be rude and unhelpful . She was very rude and loud to me at the checkout in front of other customers. It was not my fault that the lady on the till needed guidance on how to give casback. This other lady accused me of throwing a purchase to her which was untrue.nI will not be using this store again. Her attitude needs addressing. I very rarely give feedback but I feel very unhappy with the way I have been treated. It was totally uncalled for.
Lovely M&S store, always clean, tidy and well stocked. Excellent range of fresh fruit and vegetables, and the staff are nice too. My favourite lady on the checkout is Sheila, she is always so polite and friendly.
