Its a great store and glad its reopened but who on earth designed the layout!nIt is bigger but there is only one door in and out and its easily blocked when there is someone browsing the cards as we all do and why have they put the coffee shop right next to where the bread is you can never nogotiate your way round to get what you want for all the people aimlessly waiting around for take away coffee why not just keep that part seperate, i got so fed up waiting like several others for 6 police officers who where patiently waiting for their take aways with both hands stuffed in their vests i gave up and left without getting what i wanted, at least we know we are safe i suppose.nIt wouldnt take much to fix,
Not a fan of the new store or the layout. The product placement does not flow correctly and it’s a real hunt to find stuff. Massively dislike the fact that there appears to be only one manned human checkout open, all other tills are self service. The one small entrance and exit door was deigned by an idiot and one customer toilet for M/F and baby changing was a stroke of genius. This new store has not improved the shopping experience for its customers in the slightest.
Went in there to have a look around. Good store, love it. Only thing I hate is the self checkouts, like many supermarkets they have cash and card and card only. I wanted to pay by cash, so had to let everyone who was paying by card in front of me. They only have 4 or 5 card only self check outs and only 3 cash & card checkouts. Brought a chocolate milkshake from here also. £1.50 a good price I say.
Easy parking, especially as it is a bank holiday Saturday morning. A full selection of produce and very busy staff coping well with the number of customers. Nice coffee from the barista bar too.
Beautiful marks and spencers. Love it. Staff always welcome. Stock was a little short of things. But will return as we like it there.
