Having attended our offices to undertake PAT testing of all our electrical devices we would like to thoroughly recommend the services of Mark Smith and his company MS Electrical. Our offices have a multitude of mains powered devices of varying types, age and complexity – none of which phased Mark. He undertook the task of locating each respective item and systematically testing it to the current standards in a professional and competent manner. Where there were any problems he reported the issue to us with his suggested course of action, also where the issues were minor such as the wrong fuse he replaced them as he went; no fuss. Prior to Mark’s visit I had told our staff to “brace themselves” for a lot of disruption, how wrong I was! Other companies may leave you feeling like a whirlwind has been though the place, but Mark could not have been more different. Thank you and please make sure we are in the diary for next year!
Mark and his team did a fantastic job of PAT testing several of our cycling stores in a short space of time. Needed an EICR quickly to progress a sale. Mark was able to attend at short notice, and worked around us in the school run. He was pleasant and professional to deal with, and I would happily use him again.
