Shop floor filthy..various areas,not as clean as other m&s stores..spotted this a few times on visits... does not look good ..makes you think about hygiene in store, not Good!

It wasn't good. I went in to pick up 'dine in, s'. I checked out at the self check tills, loaded my bags and then needed approval from a grown up for the wine I had purchased (I am fine with the approval process). So the red light comes on at the check out I'm standing at, and then; i wait. I wait and wait. A little lady full of here own importance wanders down and then turns and goes the other way. The two folks on the collection area ( who I guess were meant to sort me ) were totally oblivious to my presence. So...after 11 minutes I bumped my bag over to a manned checkout and a kind young lady sorted me. Next week I will try the Arnison centre store..thanks and good luck.

Always top notch as you come to expect with M&S. Small shop but decent selection of food snacks and drink.

They have a great selection of most food it is easy to find your way around. Fresh fruit and vegetables clearly marked. Worth paying extra for the quality. They are a helpful friendly staff. There is a coffee house area though it can be very busy. Not always an available table. But it has a quick customer turnover.
