I took my beloved Lexus here after it lost a fight with an indoor car park. The car had scratches down one side and what can only be described as a rip to the body near the rear wheel arch. When I took it here for a quote, it was immediately obvious that the guy knew what he was talking about, but also that he was going to look after my car (very important).

When I picked my Lexus up I was only half joking when I asked him if that was my car! The body was immaculate - it didn't look like it had been repaired, it looked like it had never had an accident (or indeed had never left the production line). The car had also been cleaned, inside and out, polished, and he'd taken care of a few other minor scratches on the rear bumper because "well, (they) had to take it off anyway"!

The service was simply perfect. I hope I'll never have to use them again, but this is the only place I will ever take my beloved Lexus. Excellent.
