I have bought many high performance prestige cars in my time from several well known high end dealerships. 1BR can hold their heads high in the knowledge that they have delivered fabulous customer service, and a car that I am immensely happy with. They take a no pressure approach; the cars they have carefully selected selling themselves. I liaised with several members of staff, all of whom demonstrated patience, knowledge and courtesy. I would happily recommend them and indeed, return to them in the future.

I bought my ideal car from these guys and they are a pleasure to do business with, drove home from the show room grinning like a child. They dealt with my many questions and really went above and beyond to make the process smooth and enjoyable. Would highly recommend!

I live in Lancashire and 1BR are in Petersfield near Portsmouth, so when I saw a car my wife wanted I was a little concerned at buying a car from so far away. There was no need to be.. I've bought 2 cars from 1BR now, a 5 series and recently an XC90. The service is genuinely excellent. Our newest purchase needed a very slight oil top up following its service and one of the team drove to our house the next day with a top up bottle and did it on the drive. In a trade awash with cowboys trying to turn a fast buck 1BR stand out as a welcome antidote. Would highly recommend!

Found this company when looking for an BMW X3 and had a fantastic premium service throughout the process. They went out of their way to help me in many ways throughout the sale and I called them a week later to thank them of how happy I was with the vehicle, it was up to a very high standard and I'm extremely happy with it. Fabulous dealer. Found the car I wanted CLS shooting brake, called and spoke to Mart who was brilliant - honest, knowledgeable and helpful. Mart sent a video of the car which was very thorough and accommodated me by opening early on a Sunday to allow me to collect the car and drive back to Scotland.  Without doubt the best buying experience I’ve ever had - Mart was excellent and I’d happily do the 900 mile round-trip to buy another car from here!  Many thanks again for the car and for the experience!

The guys at 1BR were a pleasure to deal with. Really professional and knowledgeable. I bought a BMW i3 which was beautifully detailed and well prepared for sale and at a fair price for its excellent condition. They were great at responding to messages and answering questions, nothing was to much trouble. I'd highly recommend buying from 1BR, it was worth making a 600 mile round trip to  do business with them.
