Extremely disappointing! Was told the fireplace we bought would be fine against our wall - we currently have singe marks all up the wall. When we approached them for help they didn't want to know & actually tried to sell us another fireplace after we'd already spent £2000 with them!! I personally would not touch this company again & would suggest others stay well away!

Very happy with the help we received after a number of visits. Fitters very good workers they did a super job. Pleased with our purchase. Highly recommended. Thanks guys.

It has loads of high end and low end fireplaces with very friendly staff .

Avoid, happy to take money but aftercare doesn't exist . Currently £1200 out of pocket .

Has to be one of the worst companies I have ever delt with you are better off going to B&Q!!!!!
