MGM were the approved contractor who carried out work to our office fit out. All the staff were very efficient, polite and the finished job was left clean tidy and exactly what we wanted. I wouldn't not hesitate in recommending this company for any building related issues, alterations or full construction works as the service we received was second to none.
Avoid this company at all costs, done a "survey" on a property and filled it full of absolute lies, good way to try and rip people off isnt it. Best part about survey though was when it stated that the survey was restricted due to the house being occupied yet the house has stood empty for about 2 year dont waste your money!
Don't touch this company with a barge pole. We have used MGM a lot over the years and spent thousands of pounds with them. But we hired them a few years ago to fix a crack in our hallway only to find that they had created a new and larger crack in the adjacent room. The new cracking which they had supposed to fix, has now returned. Since initially sending an employee to investigate the situation six months ago, I cannot get through to MGM, despite emailing their Managing Director directly. You must question this company’s warranty, professionalism, and lack of customer care. I will update my review as and when I manage to get a response from MGM, but in the meantime ‘if you want to use a building firm that gives its customers any level of respect, look elsewhere’.
Quality team, helpful, punctual and incredibly knowledgeable, especially on listed building work.
Fantastic company, great service and first class workmanship
Worked here 29 year got another 3 left
Over priced and not as good as other local companies!
