DOH were appointed by my insurance company after part of my kitchen collapsed. After reading the reviews here I was a little concerned but my fears were quickly removed. From the initial survey to the final task being completed DOH were first class. Their work was completed on time (within 2 weeks of them being appointed), I was kept informed along the way, and the finish was a very high standard. The guys were polite and courteous, and they respected me and my property, leaving everywhere clean and tidy at the end of each day.

I don’t often leave reviews however I believe credit where credit is due. The service I received from inception to completion from this company was second to none. The courtesy and respect we were showing from the moment we met the managing director to the last man on site was more than we could have expected and would recommend this company to anyone. A great team and a wonderful finished product 👍🏻

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! This company is a joke!!!! They don’t care one bit about anyone. Supposed to come out and do a job but leave people waiting all day and give people two hours to do a job that will take all day! We have been out of our home for nearly two weeks and all the work is being held up because of this incompetent company and all the people who work there!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Needed some work doing on our roof and asked for a insurance quote from them as we wanted to use our own contractor. Absolutely spot on when they came out to price everything up. Our insurance company kept demanding more details and quotes but we had full intentions of using them once we got the go ahead. In the meantime though my dad got took into a hospice for his end of life care so we had to just tell the insurance to use who they wanted as all our time was spent with Dad. Granted we did not get back to DOH because of the circumstances and the company the insurance used ended up leaving our roof in a right state. After complaining to the insurance they agreed for DOH to redo the work. When we contacted them and explained the situation as to why we had not got back to them and what we would now like them to do they told us to f#%k off as we had wasted enough of their time. I can understand why they would be annoyed but I did not expect that reaction once we explained why. Obviously a company with no heart or thought for other people. I’m glad these scum bags did not get the job in the first place.

Avoid. Read the other reviews to give to a flavour of this company. I'd spend too long, and too much of my energy telling you what happened to us. Needless to say it was 8 months of our lives we'll not get back!
