We bought our daughter's first car from MD Car Sales, a Ford Fiesta. We had a 1 month warranty with it. Unfortunately it did develop a couple of issues after 2-3 weeks but MD Car Sales sorted the issues promptly. At the end of the day, second hand cars are always going to need ongoing maintenance, and we appreciate that. They gave me the number of their local mechanic and we booked it in directly with him. The issues were diagnosed and fixed very quickly. Our experience with MD Car Sales was very good and we would recommend them.
Bought a car from MD couple weeks ago.noticed it was knocking from the passenger side front wheel. Sent them a email Sunday night.emailed me back 8am Monday Booked in to there Garage car sorted with in half a day. Fast easy honest. What more do you want.
Picked up an automatic astra 7 weeks ago,had to get it recovered this past week _stuck in park- No quibble or argument ,car sorted within 2 days despite being out of warranty.......blown fuse apparently. Cant fault the service although am a bit nervous about what blew the fuse initially blowing the new fuse . I am confident that should the issue arise againhopefully not it will be dealt with in the same speedy professional manner. If you are looking for a car......come to MDCars.

Bought a lovely Ford Focus from here, brilliant car very reliable. Only had a minor issue with the breaks however rang the car lot up & got in booked straight in for repair no hassle at all . Will defiantly be purchasing from here again!! Good customer service through & through.
Really good service. Car was ready for collection when they said it would be. They carried out some small issue very quickly and with no problems. Highly recommended
Unfortunately not the better experience to me, paid deposit and after problem with the finance don't received the money back. The dealer said the money is with the finance company, the company say the dealer said in the call the money is not refundable, when the dealer only ask me my card number in the call and the my car mot date. Unfortunately someone is not honest with me. In your advertising in zutto don't show your " clue " but it's ok matte you need more the money than me, for me never ever make any business with you again and for all people I will said the same.
Visited here and bought a new car on Tuesday, the staff were brilliant, helpful and couldn't do enough for me. They literally took the time to show me every car inside and out on the forecourt as I couldn't decide which I wanted. In the end I chose a lovely Nissan Juke which they'd also just cleaned. I'll definitely be visiting these again for my wife's new car! Thank you!
I'd stay away from the garage at all cost!! Not worth the hassle or time! Unless you want a car that'll only last a few weeks stay away! Absolutely shocking service. All seemed good to start with, found a car took it away with 1 months warranty. Problems started to arise 1 week after buying, with not living in Barnsley I took it to a garage close to home for a check came back with a list of problems, informed MD cars to which he wasn't impressed I'd used a different garage blamed the garage for the problems being found and then from there he wasn't interested in helping at all, made the experience very hard! Wouldn't offer a courtesy car, didn't offer to get it fixed closer to home like the sales man had stated they could do. I then asked for a refund to which he instantly shot down even though I was in my rights to do so. After standing my ground, and involving trading standards we came to an agreement with me unfortunately loosing out on money as I was fed up of the situation and the utterly awful attitudes coming from MD cars. Their attitude is absolutely awful, and the cars are faulty! Nothing to do with being used cars they are not fit for purpose, probably why he only wants you to test drive them a second down the road! I wouldn't trust the MOT service he provides on the cars either as how the tyres on my car passed I do not know! Awful place!
Bought a very tidy used Citroen recently, at a great price. Unfortunately, it developed an injector leak after a couple of weeks. I reported the issue, and, true to the warranty they gave, it was sorted immediately. I can't recommend MD Car Sales highly enough for their courtesy, friendliness and attention to detail.
