Went to look at a car at Kirby Motors actually, but it's all at the same place. We sorted out the paperwork in the kitchen and bathroom showroom surrounded by Thank You cards and letters from grateful customers. Our buying experience was certainly top notch and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this very friendly, helpful and professional business, based on what I saw today.

Bought a Jeep Patriot just over a year ago, had to take it back 3 times, they took it to their "garage" for repairs... which they didn't do... So far it's had the back end rebuilt at the cost of £1200 and now the knocking on the front(the reason I kept taking it back that they never sorted) that has got worse is the drive shafts. Another grand. And they gave me a 12 month MOT and 2 weeks later had to have 2 new back tyres because the wires were showing on the inside wall. They are the biggest conmen going, absolutely avoid at all costs. They'll take your money and fob you off.

Absolutly disgusted with this car i purchased 7 months ago all i have had in 7 months is total problems i have had to change 6 glow plugs, change 2 boost pipes, change the intercooler, change the boost valve, and now i need to change the full inlet manifold, i have spent £1300 gettin this car fixed now i have 4 years to pay on a car what is absolutly knakerd this was the 09 insignia cdti
