to ros Paterson about your order. when you place an order with a relay company as you did. they show a picture like your post in a vase . but what you order is a flat bouquet in very small writing there will be a note that the vase is at extra cost the relay company should show what you have ordered. it is always better to phone the florist shop direct and tell them what you want. lynnes florist.

Ordered the English Hedgerow bouquet on iFlorist , fullfilled By Lynne's Waltham Abbey. 1st pic is what was ordered, 2nd pic is what was actually delivered ....... Needless to say a complaint was sent to iFlorist and a refund requested :(
