Spoke to Steve the owner about flowers that were bought yesterday that have died today. All the stems have mould on. Roses and Gerberas died within 12 hours of purchase. Other flowers all drooping. Avoid avoid avoid. No customer service and shameful way to treat hard working paying customers. £30 paid and died next morning. He didn't want to listen to my complaint and he dismissed it with "flowers can die an hour later". Clearly his stock is very poor quality. Don't waste your money. Go elsewhere. Does not deserve one star.
The key to my heart is a bouquet of roses. My partner knows exactly where to get the fresh roses from.
They made me the most tired looking bouquet. The roses look like they will die by tomorrow. Looks nothing like what I asked them for. Had to take it as this was my last resort /choice but I was very visibly unhappy
Excellent service yesterday. I had purchased a bunch of flowers last week that turned out to be disappointing. I was provided a replacement bouquet free of charge despite not having brought a receipt or other proof of purchase.
Ordered flowers online 10 days ago for the funeral of a dear friend but to my disappointment the posy was not delivered. My daughter rang the florist to see if the flowers had been positioned somewhere else at the crematorium but they could find no trace of the order and promised to call back. No call was received so my daughter rang again and as the funeral was now over asked for a refund. They said they would ring and email later. Still no word from the shop. I rang the following day and was told someone would ring me after a few hours. Still nothing. I rang again and finally spoke to the manager who said she couldn't understand what had happened to the order and was very sorry. By now a refund had been sent through. I am so disappointed that a florist cannot be relied upon to deliver flowers on such an important and emotional day. I was going to split my money between flowers and a charity donation so now I've received a refund the charity will receive it all.
Always the best customer service, I've been using this Florist for years and the flowers especially the roses last for weeks.
Normally flowers are really good here but bought some on 20.07.2020 for wife's anniversary and this time they are all wilted within a day! Disappointed to say the least!

Not overly happy with my purchase. I bought 4 roses that didn't last more than 2 days. Was told that they will open up nicely but that never happened instead they were ready for the bin after 2 days. A bit disappointing to say the least.
Man who works here started screaming at Young mums with babies today, he needs sectioning. Avoid like the PLAGUE
