Thank you!!!! I had the pleasure of being served my Sarah on my recent visit to LUSH store in Portsmouth whilst buying my usual henna. Sarah was mega knowledgeable on all things LUSH related, so enthusiastic and an absolute pleasure...she made my day when I found this beauty amongst my purchases:
Staff are always so friendly and helpful. Helping me sample products even during social distancing in a safe way. Always leave smiling.
Controlling people well, ensuring hand sanitizer used too.
Brilliant staff couldn't help me enough with choosing a secret santa present which is hard at when you know them, best place to buy a gift by far. Ps- gave me a random act of kindness, brilliant idea , thank you so much!
Extremely friendly and helpful staff, great products
Went into Lush Portsmouth a few days ago once I heard the shampoo I use was being discontinued, which is sad, however the guy that served me was wonderful and polite, in explaining the new socially distanced rules, helping me find a similar shampoo with similar benefits and lovely with letting us still rest different bombs and scents :
Love the products. I would recommend the bath bombs the best. Staff are so helpful and friendly.
