Reasons for giving all stars. An excellent customer service by Elyse with a natural morning smiles and detailed explanation of each product enthusiastically.  Approached the customer warmly.  She was so confident, knowledgeable, patient.  Loved the products & recommended every signal item for the each purpose.  Given a gift as sample for hair definitely try it on.  The customer service and products themselves give you the impression when you enter the store.  The item item I have been given is really good quality and it helped in shining my hear really fine. I would recommend this Product. Jasmine & Henna Hair Mask/Treatment. It is for the drier hair. Mine after shower feels drier and greyish.  Naweed  Thank you Elyse.

Fantastic customer service & experience. My little girl was picking a few bath bombs & got speaking to Suzie. She was fab & really engaged with my 3year old daughter. Showing her how to use a bath bomb explaining colours, sounds & textures. Another member of staff joined in & gifted us with an amazing show with dry ice. My little girl was mesmerised. Great service, was really happy they took the time to entertain my little girl. She got a free bath bomb to take home & it really encouraged us to buy more bath bombs due to having an all round fab experience in this store. Suzie thank you so much.. we will be back xx

The clerk is very enthusiastic, and the product range is very complete!  I really like their soaps, they look great, and this blue one has a light lemon scent!

Okay, I want you to understand when I say this I am not exaggerating or even being nice. I am fully 100% serious that this is the best and kindest Lush shop I’ve been to.  My partner and I visited on a trip recently and I went to one of their events.  The staff are absolutely lovely. Obviously right? No. These people are so kind and go above and beyond. They’re fun to be around and give off the best energy. It did not feel like a shopping experience at all, and I didn’t feel pressured to spend any more than I already had etc. They meet you on a level you’re comfortable with.  The effect the event has on you is brilliant too. I was so happy when I left the shop, which is something I didn’t actually realise until I’d come home and reflected on our night.  Would certainly recommend this branch to anyone tbh.

I used to love Lush but now I am disappointed at the massive rise in costs. Having said that,  I understand the increase in costs has impacted on the m also. I, unfortunately,  have lost my sense of smell and taste but my daughter and daughter in law both said it still smells as good as it used too.  Have to rely on them to keep me right with the smells of the soaps. Aside from the costs,  the range is very good with a lot of new additions. Staff are always helpful and friendly and willing to point you in the right direction for something new.

We have been to various Lush stores across Scotland. However, the service in this store was exceptional. We were engaged in conversation the entire time and the team took their time to ask questions etc. It was so good we went back again. 10/10

Lush on Buchanan Street in Glasgow is the best! Great service, super friendly and helpful staff. Pluto and Arran made my 3 year daughter Rose feel extra special! They had her behind the till printing labels and allowed her to choose a bath bomb to take away with her. Thank you so much guys xxx

My visit at Lush was wonderful. Meghan from Lush was very helpful as she was able to recommend products and answer our questions. Additionally, she was able to provide us with necessary information we did not think about. It was an unexpected, wonderful shopping experience.

Everytime I enter Lush I feel blown away by the friendliness of the staff, I would like to thank Sorell she went out and beyond. She was amazing and knew exactly what would suit my skin and she made me fully try a routine so I feel comfortable with my purchase. Also Joanne was super nice and in Lush each time you visit them it becomes a memory to remember. They quality of the products will always exceed your expectations and it's well worth the price. Such friendly and helpful service from Elyse. I was shown lots of options at different price points and it was clear Elyse knew a lot about the different products and their benefits. I also got some lovely samples of other products I liked but didn't purchase.
