Beautiful little bay an hours drive from Glasgow hidden away behind the trees just off the main road. There are public toilets an ice cream van and a wee burger van. Across the road there is a fantastic garden centre that sells fancy goods as well as everything you'd need for the garden with free parking
Nice views across the Firth of Clyde to the highlands, Arran and isle of Bute. Lots of marine life along the shore. Toilets shutting early can be an issue unfortunately.
We really like this beach. Great for swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking, playing games, Bbq, walks....
Lovely day here a wee hidden gem great for picnics and walks.

Always went here with my kids now my grandkids
Walk around it twice a week. Maintenance work well done. Kept tidy and now the extremely clean toilets are open.This enhances and encourages more walkers and cars to stop and visit. Well done.
Great day out. Get both beach and grass but this is definitely not a Sandy beach as my 6yo was quick to point out. Very pebbled and stoney but we still had a good time.
My favourite place.
Lovely location and beach. Playpark is ok, quite small. Parking at the bay but likely to be busy on good days.
