Got refused drinks after 2 or 3 Jaggers. Told we couldn't order anymore drinks as a group after this for 10 minutes even though we were perfectly sober enjoying the club. Ordered drinks 20 minutes later after sitting at a table for 20 minutes, still got refused, and had to ask the manager over to get served. Don't think about going here if you want to have more than one or two beers. F****** fun sponges.
Clubbing here compared to what it used to be is dead. The staff are rude and the bouncers outside can be very condescending. The floors are very wet and I have nearly slipped over a few times. It's very expensive to get in too!! The DJ is average and drinks are expensive. Better off finding somewhere else.
Wow £160 of nothing, paid for the birthday package for the missus and her friends and it was supposed to come with a private booth with sparklers, balloons the works and they were met with nothing, an apology for not receiving the email but yet have the booking. 30-45 MINS later is when they decided to drop 10 Haribo packets worth a £1 from the £1 shop down the road from the club. Brought drinks with no cups and to top it all off security wouldn't let them back in after they went out for a smoke, didn't let them finish the drinks £140 worth. Avoid like the plague. I will be coming for a refund.
They kicked my friend out. Asked for her ID and refused to confirm it was her unless she carried a proof of address. Who carries a proof of address? They didn't want her in the club but didn't want to verify it was her. The bouncer pushed me and said that I was in the wrong while I was defending my friend. Ridiculous. If you kick her out for being too drunk it's one thing, but if you kick her out for not "proving" it's her it's pathetic. Why let her in in the first place? The bouncers were way out of line.
Body guards Putting there hands on young ones! Throwing them out for NO reason! Twice my son has been thrown out for NO reason! And I know staff here! So I get told! And all the youngsters get told is your to drunk when there NOT! This needs to be raised to the police I think as it’s clear the club is letting peeps in paying to get in to the club then throwing them out to make more room for other paying peeps to come in so the club is making more money by doing this! I swear if my son who is a regular gets touched again by the bouncers I’ll be reporting it the police it’s wrong what your club is doing, no one is stupid you know and read on your reviews it’s clear Your doing it to many youngsters I come here myself some times to now and when I’m there and my 20 year old sons there he don’t get touched! Strange that! Happens when I’m not there! Like I said i know many of your staff so I get told to! Not mentioning NO names! But the big bloke I believe is the manager and the little bloke that walk about ear bits in in suits yes you two your just as handy with your hands also as I witnessed it the other night when I was IN the club! So your doing the same dirty work your getting your bouncers to do and it’s wrong! Happens again to my son and trust me I’ll be reporting you BOTH and your bouncers to the police! And like I said i have my inside help also that keep me up to date! I’m glad both myself and my son know plenty of staff and peeps in this club as it’s good communication as your club is in the wrong and you should keep your hands of the youngsters and let them enjoy what they have paid for instead of using silly little excuses! Someone else I know come here he didn’t even have a drink was on water as was driving yet got thrown out again same kinda time you seem to do all your throwing out from the club funny that isn’t it hmmmmmm and he was told he was to drunk! He wasn’t even drinking!!!!!!!!!! SORT yourselfs out! As peeps won’t put up with it much longer and your be getting many complaints from peeps to the police the way you throw peeps out and for silly reasons!
Came from Ireland to my brothers stag do. Got kicked out for literally no reason with no explaination, just after all the other clubs stopped letting people in. Night ruined by a bouncer on a power trip. 0/10 would not recommend. Was not drunk or rowdy in any way shape or form, he must not have liked my face.
At first it was ok then my friend got thrown out for being a but drunk, tried to speak to them and they carried on like we were involved in a fight. The bouncer need to learn how to converse and deal with trouble makers . We are both professional people and were treated with contempt. Stop employing children on the door
I was with my friend dancing, I was just dancing normally, then out of noweher the bouncer pulled me.outside and got my coat and when i asked for the reasom he saidcos i was.drunk? Drunk? Given the fact i was dancing calmly and normally, or was it i have oreitental looking eyes amd may just have looked tired? But certainly not drunk amd for me that is injustice and none of the managers seems to care. Hopefully this bar gets liquidised soon, i will pray this will happen to them and any of my conncetions to Crystal Palace Football Club will not be coming here for the future! Disgrace!!! Racist place!
The club itself isn't awful but the bouncers are a disgrace and the head bouncer thought it was okay to yell personal abuse at myself after my friend was kicked out for no reason and I was trying to retrieve her bag. I would avoid this place and go to another club in Croydon
Good atmosphere the. bouncer was very friendly and helpful when my mate was being touched up by a guy the bouncer removed it from the club made sure we was okay and told us to Leave the club with him
