I used the salon in Egham since 1995. Lumina's took over in recent years and then relocated the business to Sunninghill. They are very good at treatments and the staff are lovely this is not in dispute. What is in dispute is the fact that the company used the relocation to increase the prices to that of central London. I wonder if it's the fact that it's an affluent area and luminis felt the could get away with the price hike. The products certainly don't cost anymore than they did and the rents on the premises are not that of london so I believe it's greed. The seating area is most uncomfortable and the way in which pedicures are done are in the area of the public very HARD SEATED area which can take up to an hour to complete. I spend a lot of money here regularly but the prices are way too steep. The 3 stars go to the staff not the company for being completely greed driven.

I used to regularly visit this spa when it was located in Egham.
Love the new spa in Sunninghill.
Excellent friendly staff, great selection of treatments, offers etc.
