My darling father was put into this supposid state of the art place healthy as healthy can be he was put into respite for only 2 weeks to give our mum a rest within 4 days hes already had a fall in which we were told there are monitors musnt be working my sister went through the menu as our dad is old school meat and veg man they were told he doesnt eat rice noodles or pasta if theres nothing on the menu he eats please just give 2 soups and 2 desserts hes an excellent eater well guess what hes not eating because they gave him curried rice they feel its ok just a small soup and small dessert dad did 3 days quarantine which was ok on the 3rd day they have more covid so the poor mans locked down again for another 7 days we cant see dad and he cant leave his room then we find out hes been vomiting i rang to speak to dad and at 3pm in the afternoon he hasnt got false teeth in and hes away with the birds i had to scream down the phone to him this morning being the 24.03.22 my sister has been informed that dads still vomiting and again covid is in the facility now they have a caravan out the front rat testing staff so obviously the staff are bringing it in my poor dad is now on his way to hospital in an ambulance i can honestly say this is the worse place weve ever put our dad in for respite they promise you everything and deliver nothing please be aware when considering putting your loved ones in here i even rang the head office to make my complaint but they didnt care it fell on deaf ears i will be taking this matter further
