Ludlow’s most exciting restaurant. Our food represents the best of Shropshire and surrounding countryside. We are committed to sourcing everything on our menu as locally as possible because we believe that fresh, seasonal produce will give you a better.

Story

Ludlow Kitchen is the epitome of what real food stands for.
Every member of our team has a genuine passion for developing menus that use fresh, local and seasonal ingredients.
Our chefs have the largest larder in the region less than 100 meters away at Ludlow Food Centre, Britain’s Best Farm Shop 2013, and source almost every ingredient from its production kitchens. A selection of seasonal fruit and vegetables are grown in Lady Windsor’s Walled Garden less than 1 mile away on our Estate and we source as much produce from this region as possible.
We believe in working with local artisans who share our values and commitment to great food. We source our produce from local farmers, growers and producers because it tastes better and we want to help build the reputation of this region as the best in the UK for food and drink. Shropshire and its surrounds produce a plethora of superb fresh fruit and vegetables that inspire our chefs to create seasonal dishes of character that you will remember. We have also chosen to work with artisans in other industries. Our crockery is handmade at Wenlock Pottery and Ludlow blacksmith, Darren Broome was commissioned to design our iron work.
